@rjquillin i have an adjustable Trudeau ceramic and love it. i’m sure, like with coffee grinders, doubling the price makes a 25% better grind, but moving from stainless smashers to ceramic was a good enough jump for me.

This is correct a thousand times over! And Kampot pepper black and red. The combo makes life worth living. You can cheap out on a lot of things but damn this is the best combo ever
I don’t use salt or pepper unless I’m eating cottage cheese, which is rare.
I got tired of having to twist the grinder for so long. I got a (rechargeable) electric that grinds for as long as it is turned over. Love it!
Y’all just need to get a Mannkitchen Pepper Cannon and be done with it. By no means inexpensive, but you’ll never be-ach again.
